Mel is the Director and Lead Recruiter at OMNIA Clinical Talent, bringing a unique blend of clinical insight and strategic talent expertise to the healthcare sector.

A Registered Nurse by background, Mel understands firsthand the operational demands of medical environments and the critical role administrative and leadership staff play in patient experience and practice performance.

Following her nursing career she transitioned into the Recruitment of Administration and Accounting staff and later was a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of Australia’s largest healthcare organisations. She most recently has been recruiting across various sectors, including healthcare for The Effective People Group where she is a co director.

Mel combines deep industry knowledge with strong commercial acumen. She recognises the measurable impact the right hire can have on workflow efficiency, team morale, revenue performance, and long-term clinic growth.
